“Give Back” Program Policies and Procedures
Thank you for your interest in our “Give-Back” Program. With this specialized fundraising opportunity you have the ability to spread The Father’s Heart of Love while also obtaining needed funds for your church or ministry. The following information outlines our policies and procedures that will streamline our combined efforts to ensure a successful endeavor.
To Start:
§ Fill out our Give-Back Application at the bottom of this page.
§ Once approved you will be notified of your acceptance and given a GBP ID#.
§ Upon approval we will need to know how long you plan on running the program (ex. between 2-4 consecutive weeks) and select your calendar start-up date.
Initially:
§ Each Give Back Program is sent sample pieces, ring sizer, a laminated bookmark with poetic scripture writing on it, and white gift box (sample piece inside).
§ We will provide you with a specified quantity of catalogs for the duration of your program run. The determined amount will be based on distribution and church size. *Please note we usually ship UPS Ground. Quicker delivery is available but will be billed to your account
§ This Sample Pack is provided and *shipped free of charge in advance of program start. Please note it is the responsibility of each Church, Ministry, or Organization to return to “Remember ME” Jewelry the pack with all of its itemized contents due upon completion of the campaign at your expense. Any missing or broken pieces are your responsibility and will need to be covered at your expense. Sample Packs must be returned within 2 weeks of closing date of program.
§ We suggest you place Catalogs and Sample Pack in a central location for the duration of program. (For example, set a small table in foyer of church where items can be seen upon entrance of sanctuary).
§ Your Ministry/Organization keeps 40% of all proceeds brought in.
Important Notes:
§ You may collect individual orders on the order form provided in each catalog, however, all orders must be combined on a master order form which is included in your Sample Pack.
§ Your customers can order with a Credit Card (Visa, M/C, American Express, or Discover accepted). We will handle the processing, please get the following: Name, Credit Card #, Expiration Date, Amount, and the Items that were purchased by that customer.
§ All Checks need to be made out to your church, ministry, or organization.
§ When sending in an order: If you have any Bracelet orders, we will place the symbols on the bracelet with jump rings upon your request.
§ Gift Packaging (Small white box) is available. When sending in the Master Order Form, please specify the total # of boxes your customers will need, if they purchased the piece as a gift for someone else.
§ For expedited service, phone, fax, or email in your completed final order form. Otherwise, mail it with the returned Sample Pack.
§ The full order will be mailed to the address and contact person as noted on the application unless otherwise stated.
After we have received your faxed or emailed final order, we will send you the product with an invoice.
Depending on the time, we try to get all orders out the same day.
