Wait

          The Lord longs to advise,    comfort, counsel, and lead but  we are often too busy to pause,   listen, and follow. Service for     Jesus is good, service with  Jesus is best. Remember Mary  and Martha... Martha was so  busy serving Jesus that she  was frantic and weary,  forgetting The Father's Heart.  Whereas Mary was sitting at His  feet soaking, and receiving The  Father's Heart, so that she'd  have an abundance to pour out upon the hungry.

 The following is an excerpt from    my Intimacy Devotional:

'Wait on Me. Action will come. Fret not; stillness equals production right now. I AM working in you so that I may work through you. Wait on Me. Hope expectantly, and look for Me to meet you with a healing gust of My Spirit. Your soul shall be lifted, your inner man strengthened, and your path charted before you. O My love, I say wait on Me. Behold your Messiah comes- and not a moment too late.'

 Apostle Paul says Philippians 3:10, "For my determined purpose is that I may KNOW HIM... to become fully and more intimately aquainted with the wonders of His person." Amp.

It truly is all about knowing Him. God is seeking hearts that seeking Him. He wants relationship, not works. He wants you to come and dine at His table always.....   Read more »

               To the casual observer, I appear to be a thirty-something wife, mother of five,  daughter, sister, and friend. I am all those things, but more than that, I’m an  “Overcomer.”   To really know who I am and what you’ll discover in my story, pause for a  moment, find a mirror, and peer deeply into your own eyes. There you’ll find me.

            The color of our skin may differ, our cultures may be worlds apart, and we may disagree on political issues and even have opposing religious beliefs.
