Our mission at “Remember ME” Jewelry is to “Spread the Father’s Heart of Love to this generation that they might turn and “Remember God”~ Radically Trusting in His love, Obeying His Word, and Possessing the Promise of their Future in Christ.”  Please review all of the following information so that you clearly understand how “Remember ME” operates prior to placing on order. Explanation of Business Operations and Policies:

In order to provide you with a better understanding of our business operation we are providing the following information.

• “Remember ME” Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm CST
• Our goal is provide you with superior service. Since telephone orders can be easily misunderstood or written down incorrectly, we strongly encourage our customers to fax their orders to: (715) 462-4993 or send them by e-mail to rememberme@centurytel.net. If you are not able to send your orders in by fax or email, we will be happy to take phone orders between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm. Please note the name of the person you placed your order with, along with the time and date, in case there are any question. During peak seasons and summer events (June thru July) these hours may be reduced.
• Once a Wholesale Account application is Approved, Log in and Password information will be sent via email. You can then order on our website and see your 50% Discount in the Shopping Cart once you hit Check Out. 

1.     Please use the “Remember ME” Fax Order Form whenever possible if you are faxing your order. Please make sure your fax machine is in good working order so that the transmission will be clear.

2.     Please provide all following contact, shipping, payment information on the first page of your order:

Contact:            Name, Company Name, Address and Telephone Number

Shipping Method:      Ground, 2^nd Day, Next Day

Payment Method:      Credit Card, AR

Credit Card Info:      Cardholder Name, Card Number, and Expiration Date (Suggest you call with this info.) 

 ** Not providing all the above information could significantly delay shipment of your order.

• We do process back orders. If you do not receive an item, it is out of stock.  We will keep your item on backorder and will ship once back in stock.
• We can check stock on items. If you have a question on a product, we can check availability status.
• The minimum order for 50% off retail is $50.  
• We attempt to ship all orders out same day, however this time period may be extended during peak seasons, summer time events, and depending on the quantity ordered.
• Please review the Terms & Conditions in this package thoroughly so that you are clear on our policies.

Prices:         Our pricing is based on current market prices and thus is subject to change. Prior notice will be given regarding any changes. This includes all pricing in all literature. 

Orders:        Orders over $50 will be discounted at a rate of 50% off retail. All orders are shipped ground unless specified by the customer on the order. Merchandise you order but do not receive is currently out of stock and will be placed on backorder. All backordered items will be shipped promptly once they are back in stock.

Display:       Each retail store outlet is required to display “Remember ME” product in our “Remember ME” Jewelry lighted, lockable countertop or floor model display. The displays are worth between $114 and $239, therefore we require the store to purchase 5 to 10 extra pendants and a chain at retail in order to receive a free display. An adequate representation of the “Remember ME” Jewelry line needs to be displayed in order to enhance sales.  *Call for more information regarding display dimensions and set up.

Terms:        Our terms are certified funds, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A credit card must be used for payment on all first orders. Following orders will be done Net 30. “Remember ME” Jewelry retains the right to suspend Net 30 privileges at the management’s discretion.  If payment is not made on a particular order within 30 days, the entity, company, or individual will be contacted and the credit card on file for that particular retail business will be charged. If delinquent payments become frequent, “Remember ME” Jewelry may choose to place a freeze on an account.

Shipping:    We attempt to ship all orders out same day. This time may be much greater during peak seasons, summer time events, and depending on the quantity ordered. All orders are shipped via UPS. Next day and Second day shipping are available upon request at an additional charge.

Returns:       Returns will only be accepted on defective merchandise or merchandise that was not on the original order. On all returns, customers are required to notify “Remember ME” within 10 days of the order date. All returned merchandise must be received back at “Remember ME” within 15 days of the order date.

There is a $25.00 service fee on all returned checks. After one returned check, your company will be on certified funds or pre-paid with credit card only basis, or your account will be closed.

Please Note: In order to protect the business interests of “Remember ME” Jewelry and its customers, we reserve the right not to do business: 1) With any entity or company located in markets deemed risky due to high probability of product copying, etc. 2) With any entity, company, or individual who’s “ship to”, “bill to” and/or physical address is within a 50-mile radius of a current customer. “Remember ME” Jewelry also reserves the right not to process any order deemed unusual by management.
